Precision Hearing is proud to announce our official partnership with Lenire® – bringing one of the most advanced tinnitus treatments available today to our patients across the UK.

A New Era In Tinnitus Care

Tinnitus affects millions of people, often severely impacting quality of life. Until recently, effective treatment options have been limited. Lenire® changes that.

Developed by Neuromod Devices, Lenire® combines cutting-edge neuroscience with user-friendly technology to retrain the brain's response to tinnitus. The result? A significant reduction in tinnitus symptoms – safely, comfortably, and from the convenience of home.

  • Clinically proven: In clinical trials involving over 600 patients, 86.2% of those who followed the treatment plan saw a reduction in tinnitus severity after 12 weeks.

  • Long-lasting relief: 91% of participants maintained improvements even 12 months after completing therapy.

  • Real-world results: Patients experienced an average 20-point drop in their Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) score – equivalent to a full-grade improvement in tinnitus severity.

How does Lenire work?

The Lenire® device consists of three key components that work together to deliver its dual-mode neuromodulation therapy for tinnitus: Bluetooth Headphones, Tonguetip and Controller
The Lenire Device

Lenire® uses a technique called dual-mode neuromodulation – a unique combination of sound stimulation and gentle electrical pulses.

  • Customised audio is delivered through Bluetooth® headphones to stimulate the auditory nerve.

  • Simultaneously, a Tonguetip® device applies mild electrical pulses to the tongue.

  • These paired signals work together to promote neuroplasticity, helping the brain ‘retrain’ its tinnitus response and reduce the perception of sound over time.

This therapy is non-invasive, CE-certified, and designed for home use. Most patients are advised to use it for just two 30-minute sessions a day for a minimum of 10 weeks – making it easy to incorporate into any routine.
