1 / Initial consultation
Our Senior Expert Audiologist will go through a detailed and comprehensive hearing assessment to better understand your hearing impairment. We focus on your long-term hearing journey, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and care.
2 / Results and recommendations
After a thorough analysis of your hearing and lifestyle requirements, our Audiologist will establish a personalised plan for you. If hearing aids are necessary, they will recommend the most suitable type, make, and model for you. We will also take into account your preferences on style and comfort.
3 / Fitting and customisation
Hearing aids are initially set to factory settings, so our Senior Audiologist will programme them specifically to your hearing during your fitting appointment, using the 'Real-Ear measurement' technique. Tuning the hearing aids to your prescription level with precision is key to better hearing.
4 / Follow-up and aftercare
We'll schedule two follow-up appointments, around 2 and 4 weeks after your fitting, to check on your progress. During these visits, we can fine-tune your hearing aids, helping you get the most out of them long-term.
